Services Offered: We specialize in professional resume writing, cover letter creation, and LinkedIn profile optimization. Our services are clearly defined on our website, and we do not include career counseling or job placement guarantees.

Resume Writing Process: Clients must submit accurate and complete information for their resumes or other documents. Our process involves collaboration with clients, who are expected to respond to our inquiries and review drafts in a timely manner.

Turnaround Time and Expedited Service: Standard delivery is 5-7 business days, with expedited services available at an additional fee. Clients will be notified should delivery be delayed.

Revisions and Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer revisions under our satisfaction guarantee, provided requests are made within 5 days post-delivery of draft documents.

Refunds: Payments made for services are generally non-refundable. However, in cases where the client terminates the agreement prior to the final delivery of non-copyrighted documents, a partial refund may be considered. The refund amount will be based on the proportion of work completed at the time of termination.

Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing truthful and complete information and for their own job application endeavors using our services.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through negotiation, followed by mediation, and as a last resort, legal action.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by North Carolina, USA law.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Claims: Any claim or action against us must be filed within 5 days following the service delivery.

Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify us from any losses or damages arising from misuse of our services.

Modification of Services: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with prior notice.

Non-Assignment Clause: Rights or obligations under this agreement cannot be transferred without our consent.

Termination of Agreement: Either party may terminate the agreement under specified conditions.

Termination by Client: Clients may terminate the agreement at any time prior to the final delivery of the non-copyrighted documents. To initiate termination, clients must provide written notice to the company. If termination occurs before the final delivery of the service, the client may be eligible for a partial refund, which will be determined based on the proportion of work completed at the time of termination.

Termination by Company: The company reserves the right to terminate the agreement under the following conditions:

  • Non-compliance by the client with any terms of the agreement.

  • Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information by the client that is essential for service fulfillment.

  • Inappropriate or unprofessional conduct by the client towards our staff, or any action that harms the reputation or operation of our company.

Consequences of Termination: Upon termination, all obligations and services under this agreement will cease, except for obligations that are intended to survive termination, such as confidentiality and indemnification clauses.

Refund Policy upon Termination: In cases where the client terminates the agreement prior to the final delivery of the non-copyrighted documents, a refund may be issued. The refund amount will be proportional to the amount of work not completed at the time of termination. No refunds will be issued for terminations occurring post-delivery.

Post-Termination Responsibilities: After termination, the client must discontinue the use of any drafts or materials provided by the company during the service. The company is under no obligation to provide any incomplete work post-termination.

Notification of Termination: Termination must be communicated through formal written notification from either party to ensure proper documentation and clarity.

Testimonials and Feedback: Client feedback may be used for promotional purposes, in compliance with privacy laws.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is confined to the scope of our services and does not extend to any direct or indirect consequences of the client's job application process.

Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, except as required by law.

Amendment of Terms: These terms and conditions can be amended, and continued use of our services post-amendment constitutes acceptance of new terms.
