The firm.
Raleigh Resume was founded by Taylor Lance Morgan in 2023, working closely with Dana Wang, CPRW, who continues to serve clients as Principal Resume Writer. We are a Raleigh-based career services firm focused on resume writing, career coaching, and related professional services.
Since 2023, we’ve served a substantial volume of clients across technology, finance, healthcare, and other technical and professional industries — from mid-career professionals to senior executives and founders.
We’re intentionally small. The firm is designed around quality of work and direct client relationships rather than scale. Clients work directly with our Principal Resume Writer throughout their engagement, not with junior staff or outsourced writers.

Dana Wang, CPRW
Principal Resume Writer
Dana leads Raleigh Resume’s resume writing and career coaching practice. She holds the Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) credential and works directly with clients on their career documents, job search strategy, and coaching engagements.
The CPRW credential represents formal training in resume strategy and craft, demonstrated expertise through credentialing examination, and ongoing continuing education. Dana’s credentialed work is the heart of the firm’s client-facing practice — clients work with her directly from intake through delivery.
Taylor Lance Morgan
Founder
Taylor founded Raleigh Resume in 2023 and leads the firm’s operations, strategy, and business development. His role centers on:
- Business operations, pricing, and delivery systems
- Strategic direction and service design
- Personal brand and positioning work that complements the firm’s core resume practice
- Business infrastructure, technology, and marketing
