Resume packages: first drafts within three business days of your completed questionnaire, with two revision rounds in the fourteen days after. Coaching: scheduled per session.
Do you guarantee specific outcomes?
No. Hiring decisions rest with employers, and we do not promise what we do not control. What we stand behind is the work: a credentialed writer on every engagement, two revision rounds within fourteen days, and the turnaround clocks we publish.
Can you work with people outside the Raleigh area?
Yes. Most of our work is remote. Clients are across the US and internationally.
What is the difference between the packages and the a-la-carte services?
The packages bundle positioning and documents into one scoped engagement at a fixed price, and they are where most senior clients should start. The individual services remain available when you need one specific thing.
How is Presence Management different from a one-time profile rebuild?
The rebuild is a one-time rewrite of your profile: headline, About section, experience, positioning. Management is ongoing. We write and publish posts in your voice month to month, and keep your presence current with what is happening in your market. The natural sequence is the rebuild first, then management once the profile is right.
